Paperwork

Exchange the W-9, Certificate of Insurance and a signed MSA / subcontractor agreement.

Share your bench

Send your bench list and rate card. Update us whenever availability changes.

Submit & place

Submit candidates against our requirements with a resume and a signed Right to Represent (RTR).

What to send

Send it all to one inbox

Email everything to info@silicontekinc.com. Use a clear subject line, for example “Bench list – [Your company] – [Month]”.

Bench list / hotlist

Consultant initials or first name, primary skills, years of experience, current location, relocation / onsite availability, work authorization type, availability date and rate.

Rate card

Your standard rates by role or skill level, and whether rates are W-2, C2C or 1099.

Company profile

Capabilities, core skills, industries, locations, key contacts and any diversity or small-business certifications.

W-9

A current IRS Form W-9 for your company.

Certificate of Insurance (COI)

Current general liability, professional / E&O and other coverage, as required by the engagement.

MSA / subcontractor agreement

A signed Silicon Tek subcontractor agreement — we’ll send our template — or your MSA for review.

Protect consultant privacy: please don’t send Social Security numbers, passport or visa numbers, dates of birth or ID documents in bench lists or by email. We’ll request anything required for onboarding separately and securely.
